A recipe recorded by Mother’s beautiful handwriting on an oil stained brown parchment is what caused me to name my cookbook GUESS WHAT’S COOKIN’.
The collection of recipes found herein have all been tested and retested until they became family favorites. They not only include the namesake recipe but others of uneatable nature; included too, are those of unbeatable flavor.
