My dogwood hoop furniture designs and my designing abilities caught the eye of a company that furnished accent decorator items to the visual merchandising market. Their customers were upscale retail chain stores and the movie production industry. Susan Crane, Inc. started buying from me for their semi-annual trade show in the New York World Trade Center.
Neiman Marcus also commissioned me to build interior walls for their showroom at the Dallas Arboretum for the "Christmas at the Arboretum show." They kept coming back for more, for their 90th anniversary celebration I designed chandeliers for the downtown Dallas store.
Macy's Department Stores wanted French flower carts for all their stores and I obliged.
